For me.. I have narrow ear canels and these fit much better than the other half dozen that I have tried. Once you get used to them you'll forget they're there. Give them a try and see if they work for you.. 👍

I am Brazilian and i came to USA in vacation.
I was using one hearing aid from another brand and unfortunately broken.
Browsing in the internet I found Ceretone Beacon and I am very happy. Excellent service and fantastic product.

I purchased these in February and out of all the OTC hearing aids (this is my 3rd OTC hearing aid) these are the best. However, the right one doesn't charge unless I continuously play with it and even then if the case is moved the slightest bit it stops charging (it's only the right one), so when I go to put them in the right one is not charged but the left one is fine, I have tried cleaning them and the case but nothing works. I went to use them again today and could not because the right one is dead. What can I do? Also, the tone that is made in the app when I use my phone to adjust them is very loud and audible to those around me, making them jump and ask what was that? I then have to explain that I am adjusting my hearing aids, which most people are not aware that I'm even wearing, so that feature is not discreet at all. Lastly, I think they should come in black because the white is too visible, black is easier to conceal in the shadow of the ear.

UPDATE!!! Ceretone customer service is the best! I received a new charging case and it works perfectly. I am now a completely happy camper. Thaaaanks!

Have tried a few other small brands and these are much easier to clean. They are definitely a good choice.

I love them. I can hear so clear, and they are barely noticeable even with my short hair. And the people I dealt with, mostly Dave, were so helpful and genuinely caring about my situation. Thank you all.

excellent product, but as you can see in the photo I colored it to make it more invisible, if possible it would be fantastic to have control of the tones from the app, similar to the restaurant program but with the cut of the high tones.. also it would be nice to have the color extractors colored too..

These are the best hearing aids that I own. They fit well and are comfortable to wear all day. I love the fact that they are nearly invisible. The sound is clear, and having the app allows me to adjust the volume for different environments.

I bought Core One for my grandma. Unfortunately, she has severe tinnitus, and it seems that the hearing aids available for purchase online cannot solve this issue. So I plan to return these hearing aids and go to a clinic to have a new pair of hearing aids ordered for my grandma through a professional audiologist. I have returned them with the help of your customer service agent. Your customer service is so nice. I greatly appreciate all their assistance.

Bought it for my 79-year-old grandfather. Now, the TV volume doesn't wake me up early in the morning anymore. I can get enough sleep every day.It is great!!!

When I first put the new hearing aids in my ears, I couldn't believe that I could hear my daughter's words so clearly. I could only see her lips moving without any sound. Thank you for helping me hear again. Not everyone I hear can speak clearly, but at least now I can hear their voices. The hearing aids can last me the whole day of wearing until I go to sleep at night!!

I totally think Beacon hearing aids are the bomb when it comes to bang for your buck! They've been super helpful for me. I can rock them for three days on a single charge, and they're so comfy to wear. Plus, I can use them as Bluetooth earbuds to jam out to tunes and watch videos, which is just mind-blowing for me.

The manual is very detailed, but I found it difficult to follow, so I chose to communicate with the customer service representative through phone calls. The representative was attentive and addressed all of my concerns.

The hearing aids are easy to fit in the ear and easy to charge. The Ceretone application on the iPhone works well in adapting to different environments. The main issue we encountered was ensuring that our iPhone was configured properly for them to connect correctly.

I've tried other hearing aids, but nothing compares the comfort of the Core One hearing aids.
