Refund policy

At Ceretone, our utmost priority is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your Ceretone hearing aids. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Ceretone hearing aids, we are pleased to offer you a 60-Day Money-Back Guaranteed Return Policy.

To initiate a return , please follow the steps :

1. Please contact our customer service team by emailing service@ceretone.com within 60 days of receiving your hearing aids to begin the return process.

2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Without a valid RMA number, we cannot accept the returned merchandise.

3. After receiving the RMA number, please carefully package the item along with all accessories and documentation into the original packaging.

4. Please make sure to clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.


Here are the key points regarding the return process:

1. The item should be returned in its original packaging, including all originally included contents, accessories, manuals, documentation, and any "free gifts" that were included.

2. To be eligible for a full refund, it's important that your hearing aid is returned undamaged, without any scratches or soiling. Please handle the products and packaging with reasonable care while they are in your possession.

3. Make sure to accurately and clearly display the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued to you on the package being returned. This helps in identifying and processing your return efficiently

4. You will need to send the package to the correct address provided by Ceretone. Please ensure that you have the correct address to avoid any delays.


Note:

During the 60-day free trial period, Ceretone confirms that the returned device is undamaged and all accessories are intact. We guarantee a full refund, and the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

After the 60-day period, the refund will be based on the residual value of the device. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. If the device is damaged or accessories are missing during the customer's usage period, the refund will be adjusted to account for any associated costs.

Before initiating a return request, we kindly ask that you use the device for at least 25 days in various conditions, with a minimum usage of 6 hours per day. This adjustment period will give your hearing sufficient time to adapt to the new sounds, following industry best practices. If you have any questions about using your devices, please log into your account and contact us.

Refund processing: Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If the verification is successful, the refund will be issued back to your original payment account.

Bank processing time: Please keep in mind that it may take between 3 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Limited Manufacturing Warranty

All Ceretone hearing aids come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, and includes repairs or replacements at no charge to the customer.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team by emailing service@ceretone.com or calling +1 228 288 9888 to request a warranty repair or replacement authorization. Once your claim is authorized, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. We will repair or replace the product as necessary and return it to you as quickly as possible.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents. Additionally, if your hearing aid requires repair or maintenance outside of the warranty period, we are delighted to provide these services for a reasonable fee.
