Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Ceretone hearing aids come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and includes repairs or replacements at no charge.

Warranty Claims Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Contact our customer support team to request a warranty repair or replacement authorization.

  2. Receive Instructions: Once authorized, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the product.

  3. Repair or Replacement: We will repair or replace the product as necessary and return it to you promptly.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover loss or damage caused by misuse or accidents.

Return Policy

Adjustment Period: To allow time for an adjustment period, returns requested within the first 25 days from the date of purchase will not be approved. This adjustment period allows your hearing to adapt to the new sounds, following industry best practices. For any questions about using your devices, please contact our customer support team.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Contact our customer support team after the adjustment period and within 60 days of receiving your hearing aids to initiate the return process.

  2. Prepare the Package: Carefully package the hearing aids, along with all accessories and documentation, in the original packaging.

  3. Label the Package: Attach the provided return label to the package.

  4. Drop off Your Return: Bring your return to the nearest shipping carrier office.

Key Points for Returns:
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all contents, accessories, manuals, documentation, and any included "free gifts".

  • Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the hearing aids must be undamaged and complete. Handle the products and packaging with care.

Note: During the 60-day trial period, if the returned device is undamaged and all accessories are intact, we guarantee a full refund and cover the return shipping cost. Returns received outside of these guidelines may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refund Processing

  • Issuing Refund: If approved, the refund can only be issued to your original payment method.
