can you spot it?
the moments you don't want to miss
A dinner where you nodded along but didn't quite catch the punchline. A grandchild's voice you asked to repeat, twice. A conversation you quietly stepped out of, not because you didn't care, but because it had gotten too hard.
Core One Pro exists for the moment after that one. Not the moment you put a hearing aid in. The moment you forget you're wearing it.
Most people wait years before doing anything about their hearing, and the number one reason is how hearing aids look. Core One Pro was built to take that reason off the table.
Ceretone was started by a brother and sister in Southern California who watched their father struggle to find hearing help he could afford and would actually wear. Every Core One Pro is designed with him in mind.
Nothing behind the ear. Nothing to explain.
Traditional hearing aids hook over the ear, fight with glasses and hair, and announce themselves to the whole room. Core One Pro tucks inside the ear instead.

Visible from across the room
- ✕Hooks over the ear, with a wire into the ear
- ✕Collides with glasses, masks and long hair
- ✕The reason so many end up in a drawer

Inside the ear, out of sight
- ✓Sits inside the ear; only a thin clear thread may show
- ✓Nothing behind the ear, so glasses and hair are never in the way
- ✓Soft rubber tips in 4 sizes, comfortable all day
Why pay $4,000 and sit in a clinic when $299 does the job?

No clinic. No app. No tech support calls.
Core One Pro is ready to wear the moment you open the case. If you can use a TV remote, you can use this.
-
1
Charge the case
Plug in the cable. Two hours gives you a full day of hearing, and the case holds about 80 hours more, so you charge it about once a week.
-
2
Pop them in
They turn on by themselves when you lift them out of the case. A thin clear thread lets you take them out again in a second, no fiddly buttons.
-
3
Press or tap to adjust
Turn the volume up or down with a button on the case. Double-tap by your ear to switch between four listening programs. No phone, no pairing.
volume & program buttons on the case

Small outside. Serious inside.
A hearing aid is only as good as the chip inside it. Core One Pro uses a hearing-aid chip from Intricon, a U.S. company with 40 years in hearing technology, so voices sound natural rather than just louder.
Clearer conversations, even in noise
Brings voices forward and pushes the background noise of a restaurant or kitchen back.
No whistling
Built-in feedback control stops the squeal that gives cheap amplifiers away.
4 listening programs
Everyday, Restaurant, Outdoors (cuts wind noise) and a mode that eases ringing in the ears.
All day on one charge
Up to 20 hours, plus about 80 more hours in the pocket-size case. Water and sweat resistant.
The hearing aid people actually keep wearing.
The most expensive hearing aid is the one sitting in a drawer. Here's what Core One Pro owners told us in our 2026 customer survey.

Five quick questions. No email, no sales call. Just an honest read on whether a hearing aid like this is likely to help you.
same inside-the-ear fit, a fraction of the price
Switching from Eargo, or from a $3,000 pair?
Eargo ended U.S. customer support in September 2026, and many of its customers have moved to Core One Pro: the same inside-the-ear style, with the volume button on the case instead of in an app, for $299 instead of $1,700 to $2,700. Three out of four Core One Pro owners we surveyed had owned hearing aids before.
"These replace EARGO hearing aids. Great value for the $."Robert K., verified Core One Pro review on ceretone.com

Questions people ask before they order
Do I really get 100 days to try them?
Yes. The trial starts when you receive them, and you can return them any time within 100 days for a full refund. We send a prepaid return label, so return postage costs you nothing. This applies to orders placed directly on ceretone.com or by phone with us.
Is there a subscription or a monthly fee?
No. You pay $299 once. Nothing renews, there is no membership, and there are no hidden fees. The free gifts included with your order are yours to keep.
Will people be able to see them?
They sit inside the ear, not behind it. Each one is about 7 mm wide and weighs about as much as a paperclip. Only a thin clear removal thread may be visible, and only if someone is looking for it.
Do I need a smartphone, an app or a hearing test?
No. There is no app, no Bluetooth and no pairing. Volume is set with a button on the charging case; listening programs change with a double tap by the ear or a press on the case. No prescription or hearing test is required for an over-the-counter hearing aid.
Is it right for my level of hearing loss?
Core One Pro is designed for adults with mild to moderate hearing loss. Common signs: the TV is louder than everyone else likes, you often ask people to repeat themselves, or you lose the thread in a busy restaurant. If your loss is severe or profound, an over-the-counter hearing aid won't give you enough power; please see a hearing professional. Not sure? Call us, we'll tell you honestly.
Is this a real hearing aid or just an amplifier?
A real hearing aid. Core One Pro is an over-the-counter hearing aid built to compensate for mild to moderate hearing loss, not a personal sound amplifier. It runs on a hearing-aid chip with noise reduction, voice detection and feedback control. Amplifiers simply make everything louder and are not regulated as hearing aids.
What if I have trouble putting them in or taking them out?
Most people get the hang of it on the first day. Each aid has a thin clear thread so you can lift it out in a second, and four tip sizes are in the box so it sits comfortably. If you'd like help, our specialists will walk you through it on the phone, free.
Can my son or daughter order for me?
Of course. They can order online and ship it to your address, or you can both call us and we'll take care of it. The 100-day trial and free fit call apply either way.
What should I expect in the first few weeks?
Your brain needs a few weeks to relearn sounds it hasn't heard in a while. Voices that seem sharp in week one usually settle into natural by week three or four. That is exactly why the trial is 100 days, not 30.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 20 hours per charge, and the case stores about three full recharges (roughly 80 hours) before it needs a wall outlet. A full charge takes about two hours. There are no batteries to buy or change.
Can I use my HSA or FSA, or split the payment?
Yes. Over-the-counter hearing aids are an eligible expense and most HSA/FSA cards are accepted at checkout. If you prefer to split the cost, Afterpay and Affirm are offered at checkout for four interest-free payments of $74.75.

For $299, that's a lot of conversations to get back.
Order today, wear them at home for 100 days, and if they're not right for you, send them back for a full refund. No clinic, no app, and nobody has to know.
