Core One Pro: Grandma story
I stopped wearing my hearing aids. Not because they didn't work. Because of how they made me look.
Then I found a pair that sits inside the ear canal, where nobody can see it. I actually wear them now.
↖ no app, no phone. promise.

If you're like me…
You've tried hearing aids before. They're probably in a drawer right now.
I tried three kinds. Each one failed for a different reason.
The cheap pairs online
They turned every room into a wall of background noise. The dishwasher was louder than my daughter.
The fancy ones
More phone than I knew what to do with. An app, pairing, updates. I just wanted to hear.
The ones behind my ears
They worked. But every mirror showed me someone who needed help. And that's what really got to me.

See it? Neither does anyone else.

The mirror finally likes me back.
The difference wasn't the sound. It was the mirror.
Core One Pro sits inside the ear canal instead of hooking over your ear. It weighs 1.2 grams, about as much as a paperclip. Once it's in, I stop thinking about it. So does everyone else.
And because I wasn't constantly thinking about how I looked, I wore them properly. Every day. That's when I realized I'd been missing half of every conversation.

what people mention most
The questions I asked before I ordered
Will people be able to see them?
They sit inside the ear canal, not behind the ear. Each aid is about 7 mm wide and weighs 1.2 g. From the side, only a thin clear removal thread is visible, and only if someone is looking for it.
Do I need a smartphone or an app?
No. There is no app, no Bluetooth and no pairing. Volume is set on the charging case; listening programs change with a double tap by the ear or a press-and-hold on the case button.
Is it right for my level of hearing loss?
Core One Pro is designed for mild to moderate hearing loss: you hear people talking but miss words, ask people to repeat themselves, or turn the TV up more than others like. It is not intended for severe or profound loss; for that, see a hearing professional.
Is it a real hearing aid?
Yes. Core One Pro is listed as an over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aid meeting the FDA's requirements for that category, so adults 18+ can buy it without a prescription, exam or fitting appointment.
What if they don't work for me?
You have 100 days to try them at home. If they are not right for you, return them for a full refund; return shipping is free. Every order includes a 1-year warranty.
Does Medicare cover it?
Original Medicare does not cover OTC hearing aids. Some Medicare Advantage or private plans may reimburse, and you can pay with an HSA or FSA card.

One more thing, from me to you
If your hearing aids are still sitting in a drawer, it isn't your fault. You just never had a pair you wanted to be seen in.
Try Core One Pro for 100 days. Worst case, you send them back for free. Best case, you hear your grandchildren's jokes, and find out they're funny.
Try Core One Pro risk-free →Core One Pro is an over-the-counter hearing aid intended for adults 18 and older with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss. Hearing aids do not restore natural hearing or cure hearing loss. If you have sudden hearing loss, pain, drainage or dizziness, consult a doctor before using any hearing aid.
The grandmother in this story is an illustrated character. Her story reflects experiences described by Ceretone customers; individual results vary.
