I started with the Core One hearing aids, but they just didn't fir my ears well. I called customer service and said I wanted to try the beacons. And once I got them I was so pleased. They are very comfortable. They have Bluetooth connection. I am very, very pleased. Plus, customer service is so good with this company. They make it easy to get hearing aids and switch them if needed. And they are always so kind.

The support staff has been excellent. I have a ringing issue in my left ear. Erica has been on top of it and I’m hoping it can be mitigated.

I purchased these in February and out of all the OTC hearing aids (this is my 3rd OTC hearing aid) these are the best. However, the right one doesn't charge unless I continuously play with it and even then if the case is moved the slightest bit it stops charging (it's only the right one), so when I go to put them in the right one is not charged but the left one is fine, I have tried cleaning them and the case but nothing works. I went to use them again today and could not because the right one is dead. What can I do? Also, the tone that is made in the app when I use my phone to adjust them is very loud and audible to those around me, making them jump and ask what was that? I then have to explain that I am adjusting my hearing aids, which most people are not aware that I'm even wearing, so that feature is not discreet at all. Lastly, I think they should come in black because the white is too visible, black is easier to conceal in the shadow of the ear.

UPDATE!!! Ceretone customer service is the best! I received a new charging case and it works perfectly. I am now a completely happy camper. Thaaaanks!

These Ceretone 2024 Silicone Dome Earbuds fit well and deliver good sound quality. They are much more comfortable than some of the other earbud tips we've tried. Hearing aids can be uncomfortable to wear, and having the most comfortable dome on the tip that goes in my ears is absolutely necessary. I switched mine out for these and have not regretted it. I really like the color coded design on these. It helps me see at a glance which one is for which ear - I use the blue one for my left ear and the red one for my right ear. Overall - these are great replacement tips.
