Regarding your question about adjusting the volume, the only way to change the volume on the Core One Pro is by inserting the hearing aids into the charging case since there isn’t an app for this model, as it was intentionally designed so that even users without smartphones can operate it easily.

I have very narrow ear canals and I tried products from 3 other companies attempting to get a good fit. These HA's fit perfectly and I like the ability to adjust the volume without taking them off.

The hearing aids are practically invisible and very comfortable to wear. I have not used them in all situations as of this writing. I've used them for watching TV, in several restaurants, and other social situations. For TV watching, voices are amplified to a point where I can turn down the TV volume, and the voices are much clearer. In restaurants, the voices at the table are clear and audible. Surrounding noise and voices are kept to a minimum. Strangely, the clanking of dishes or silverware across the room is magnified above the voices. But so far - very satisfied with the purchase.

You can try switching to a different program, such as Restaurant or Outdoor, which helps reduce sharper background sounds. I recently purchased the Ceretone aid’s shown here. My ear canals are small so design maters. I have a similar type aid that fits in my ear that cost me $2400. They are average or below and always need cleaning or charging. I have had the Ceretone aids for about 2 weeks and really enjoy them. I don’t even know they are in except for the great sound they provide. I am totally satisfied with this purchase and recommend them highly.

I've been wearing Eargo for several years but they wore out. I wear just one hearing device at work. Upgraded to Eargo SE and disliked then very much. I couldnt hear well with them and they increased the size making them uncomfortable in the ear canal. Ceretone fits the bill: small enough to fit comfortably, lots of levels of hearing volume, restaurant mode to switch when there are high ceilings and background noise. They hold a charge a long time and were one quarter of the price of Eargo. Thank you Ceretone!

I have been looking for and trying out Hearing Aids
for a year now. I was looking for a pair that sat in my ear canal. Most of them were too big for my ear and/or too cheaply made so I returned them.
Then, there was your ad for Core One Pro! It had everything I wanted: it fit in my ear canal, the sound was good, it had automatic on and off, the charging case did more than charge, I could order more of the Eartips with my order and the price was great!
The thin, bullet shaped Hearing Aids fit right into my small ear canal and I have been using theveryday with no problems.
