These hearing aids are very small and discreet in appearance. You’re able to set/adjust the volume from the case for each piece. These do a nice job of capturing sound and work well. Simple easy to follow directions are included for setup.
Very pleased with my purchase. They stay in my ear with no problem. I can definitely hear things I hadn’t been hearing before. I wish there was an easier way to adjust the volume other than using the case.

I tried another hearing aid and didn't think the sound was as good as these..I am happy with the core one pro hearing aids and the sound is good when listening to music in the car without having to have my husband turn up the volume..the sound quality is good! Just a suggestion for improvement I sure wish they could be used with an app also to adjust volume !

I’m still getting used to them but so far they’re great the only issue I have and no fault of the aids themselves but they start itching in my earI think it’s the actual ear buds themselves I hope I’m not allergic to the ear buds because I love the size and quality so I am still wearing them in hopes that my itching irritation goes away

Love hearing aids but charging not so much. Do not understand why when finally white light says case is charged and I insert hearing aids all lights are glowing shortly thereafter all lights go out. Plus it would be nice when there are questions it would be nice to speak to someone that actually speaks American/english.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how the charging lights can be confusing, so we’d like to clarify how the Core One Pro charging indicators work.
When the hearing aids are fully charged, the light indicator turns white. If you remove the hearing aids from the charging case, even briefly, and place them back in, the light will turn blue, then white, and after a few minutes, the lights will turn off. This is normal behavior and simply means the hearing aids are fully charged. The same process happens after using them for a few hours: once placed back in the charging case, the light turns blue to indicate charging, then white when fully charged, and eventually turns off. We hope this helps clarify the charging process.
