Finally! I can hear great. Tried 2 other devices and they wouldn't stay in my eye and stuck out. My new ones are comfortable all day. TV volume went from 35 to 18. Wahoo!!!

I received my Core One Pro hearing aids on time as stated on my order receipt. I only require hearing assistance on my left ear, so I'm only using 1/2 of the set. I'm still getting accustomed to having the hearing aid inside the ear canal which I understand may take 60-90 days. I use the standard setting around the house with the volume on #4 of 6 settings. The outside setting also works great whenever I'm attending a grandkid outdoors events. Charging and maintenance is easy and simple. Overall, I'm still going through a learning curve but very satisfied with the quality and performance of my new hearing aids.

It took some time for me to figure out the optimal combination of settings, power levels, and ear cups - but once I did, I'm very pleased. Only one unsatisfactory detail: the "tinnitus masking" seems useless to me. I have tinnitus and this setting just turned the hearing aids into earplugs for me. But I just don't bother with that setting. Overall I'm quite pleased at the quality/price combination.

These hearing aids are great for my ears! Tried 2 other brands before buying this brand. The other brands didn’t fit into my ears! This brand fit perfectly. I can hear sounds I haven’t heard in years. I thought my microwave was broken as it didn’t beep when the food was done!! Turns out I just couldn’t hear the beep!! What a surprise when I heard it!! These didn't work for me but only because as my first pair, I didn't realize that "behind the ear" hearing aids aren't a good fit for me. BUT they are great if you're good with that design and have mild to moderate loss. They are OTC and don't have the fine tuning that prescription aids have, but for amplification they were fantastic and the controls on the app were helpful.
I have started the exchange process to try the core one pro model and customer service has been WONDERFUL for that process. Super responsive and helpful. I appreciate them so much and look forward to trying the other model!!!!

The dome tips work better than the ones that came with the hearing aids I guess I should have gotten the larger ones for my right ear still get feed back on the right ear

The charge seems to last longer then another brand I was using and they are more comfortable then my other brand. One thing I do not like is that I can’t change the volume unless they are in their case.

I've been wearing a competitor's hearing aids; trouble is, they've never fit in my ear canal. And, after paying thousands, they stop working correctly. By chance I saw the ad for CoreOnePro and bought them. Wowee!! They fit in my ear canal! The programs are easy to operate, and charging is simple! I'm enjoying hearing again!

Love these. I have an older pair from Ceretone as well. I ordered these because they are flesh colored and don’t look so obvious. I hear better from these new ones as well.
