User Manual and Quick Start Guides have both Text and Pictorial information details.The Hearing AIDS are supplied WITHOUT Batteries installed. The BATTERY COMPARTMENT is ON/OFF Switch. To open, I used thumbnail and pulled STRAIGHT DOWN on Door Tab. This takes minimal effort in my experience. Batteries supplied with peel-off tab with PLUS (+) sign as graphic. This corresponds with the plus (+) Sign on one side of battery. The smaller part of battery inserted into holder with larger flat part with plus (+) sign facing out. Battery compartment is now closed to activate ( Turn-on ) Aids. No sound heard from evaluation set. Default is lowest Volume Setting and #1 Normal Hearing Program. LR44 Batteries are used with these devices. Used ear buds as installed/suppled on Aids.The only CONTROLS for the HEARING AIDS are the two buttons on each Aid. Default is Volume Control. These are UP/DOWN (+ \ - ) for Volume Control. When the top or bottom range is reached three beeps heard. If at Top Volume the minus button must be pushed to reduce volume. Pressing plus (+) again only keeps in top range and returns the three beeps. To change PROGRAMS press Volume button for three seconds. You will hear beep(s) for program set. After setting Programs and Volume levels the Hearing AIDS can be turned OFF and they WILL return to the presets.For less than $90.00 at time of evaluation Review, in my opinion, this Hearing Aid Set represents good value. I own and use Hearing Aids costing many times the price of this set. During my use with various setting on television and music I experienced NO difference. Manufacturer supplies good written material, on line support, user phone support and Video Tutorials, all in the price of the Hearing Aid System. Recommended….. I recently purchased a pair of hearing aids for my mom, and she has shared some valuable feedback. The quick start guide was straightforward, making it easy for her to get started, but she found the user manual necessary for understanding the replacement battery size, which wasn’t clearly stated. There was also no information on the expected battery life, and a note on purchasing additional batteries would have been helpful. On the positive side, she appreciated being able to turn down the volume on the TV, which will definitely please my dad! However, she mentioned that the storage case lacks recessed cradles for each hearing aid, making it a bit awkward to store them. Additionally, there were no instructions on how to properly shape the plastic wire to fit securely in her ear. Overall, while these hearing aids are a solid backup option, a few improvements in the instructions and design would really enhance the experience.

This hearing aid is exactly what I needed. I am pleasantly surprised how well this works. This hearing aid is a whole package deal, it came with all the accessories needed. The instructions are very clear, all I had to do is scan the QR code and watched the videos on how to operate. I like the different settings such as noise reduction, volume control plus how light weight and small it is. You can’t even see the hearing aide. I had surgery with my right ear but suffer hearing loss with my left ear. I need just a little boost with my left ear and this little amplifier does the job. I can hear better now and I am happy with this purchase without having to break my piggy bank.

Too bad these OTC hearing aids were available years ago. A lot of people had zero choices previously, either pay a large sum or nothing at all. This kinda happens for those stuck on a fixed income.

Tried several other brands of OTC hearing devices, none worked as good as these without any sound adjustments for different sound situations. Being able to set multiple adjustments is huge in my opinion

I think these have FOUR preset volume situations like the expensive hearing aids, which is truly surprising. Now these are as descreet as possible with being an over the ear (behind the ear) model.

I think the set up easy, and the fit is decent. Sound quality does take you a bit to get used to (as it explains in the documentation). The peset volume choices are the best part compared to its price point. I would recommend to anyone who needs a hearing aid.

Remember to get extra batteries, this model is easy to install new ones compared to the tiny ones. This might be a better solution for those with unsteady hands. No need to forgetting to recharge. These are perfect, functioning like the expensive ones but still not 100℅ compatible but who can complain at this price.

The invisibility of the design is also a plus, as I appreciate being discreet while wearing them.My only minor concern is the battery life, which seems to run out a bit sooner than I anticipated. However, considering the affordability and the high-quality features, this is a trade-off I can live with.Overall, I would highly recommend the hearing aids to anyone seeking a cost-effective solution without sacrificing sound quality. They have certainly made a positive impact on my daily life!

These are BTE (behind the ear) RIC (receiver in canal) hearing amplifiers / aids; generally, the best type to me. In my trials and reviews this style has typically had better sound quality, are mostly “invisible”, and fit very well. Following are my observations for this par:SMALL BUT MANAGEABLE – Small can be good or bad depending on the style of and other factors of the hearing amplifiers. While these are very small, they are easy to use and manage even with my large hands.BATTERIES REQUIRED – Most of the hearing amplifiers I have tried and reviewed are rechargeable. These require one (Zinc-Air A13 size) battery per amplifier that last 200 hours per the Amazon listing. Name brand multi-packs are under $1 US per battery; non-name brand larger multi-packs can cost under $0.50 each.POWERING ON / OFF – There is no power button. These amplifiers turn on when the battery door is closed and off when the door is opened (or the battery is removed; they are small and could get lost pretty easily).FIT / COMFORT – For me these amplifiers fit great and are very comfortable. The go behind the ear and the receiver (gently) goes in the ear canal. TIP: Before inserting the receiver (silicone tip) ALWAYS make sure it is very snugly attached to the amplifiers so they don’t accidentally come off in your ear canal. These amplifiers are mostly “invisible when worn.SOUND QUALITY – For me the sound quality is good to very good; certainly acceptable. The sound is not to the level of “life-like” for me. In fairness, after wearing hearing aids over time the sound quality can have a perceived better sound quality. Thes amplifiers have 4 sound modes: Normal, Restaurant, Outdoor, and Music. Pressing and holding either the volume up or down buttons about 3 seconds switches modes. I could not really distinguish a difference between the modes but again, they could change with more extended use. Note I did not encounter any feedback / squelching sounds using these amplifiersAMPLE VOLUME – Volume is easily changed by pressing either the volume up or down button very briefly. To me the volume is very strong and I believe could do well for many with moderate hearing loss per the Amazon listing.INCLUSIONS – In addition to the hearing amplifiers / aids, inclusions are 2 required (Zinc-Air A13 size) batteries, a carrying case, 4 sets of silicone ear tips in assorted sizes, a small cleaning tool, and paper work (instructions, etc.).OVERALL – I like these hearing amplifiers / aids. A key consideration in deciding to choose these is it uses batteries. For me the sound quality is good to very good (very acceptable) and the price when I ordered them was a very affordable at just under $79 US. They fit me very well, are comfortable, and the controls are easy to use when wearing them (not always the case with others). Note my 4-star review is strongly influenced by the affordable price and not meant to be considered the same as a 4 star review for pricier choices.
