Your feedback will help us understand how the device performs in everyday situations and identify ways to improve the experience for future users.

Anyone above 18 with mild to moderate hearing loss can apply for the Ceretone Sound Circle. Participants must be available for In-Person testing. Your participation is voluntary and flexible

APPROXIMATE LENGTH


One in-person meeting (approximately 1 hour) to:

• Capture your Core One Pro unboxing experience
• Evaluate ease of setup, initial t, and sound quality
• Meet with a member of our research team

Followed by 60 days of using the device as part of your normal daily routine and sharing feedback about your experience.

The Ceretone Sound Circle allows participants to try the device and share their experience. We want to learn how easy the hearing aids are to use and how well they perform in real-life situations.

Your feedback will help us better understand:

  • How easy the device is to set up
  • How comfortable it feels to wear
  • How clearly you hear conversations
  • Your overall experience using the device

This will help us improve our research and development process by gathering REAL feedback to create REAL
results.

You May Qualify If You:

  • Anyone above 18 with mild to moderate hearing loss may apply for membership in the Ceretone Sound Circle.
  • Are willing to share your experience with the device
  • Are available to participate in-person

Participation begins with a short qualification survey.

Frequently Asked Questions

The program allows selected participants to test the Core One Pro hearing aids and share their feedback. Your experience will help us improve the product’s design, comfort, and sound quality. 

You may qualify if you: 

  • Anyone above 18 with mild to moderate hearing loss may apply for membership in the Ceretone Sound Circle.
  • Currently use hearing aids or are interested in trying them 
  • Are willing to participate in a 1-hour in-person session and provide feedback on your experience using the hearing aid over a 60-day period.    

You will first complete a short qualification survey to see if you qualify for the program before participation.

If selected, you will: 

1. Attend a 1-hour in-person session with a Ceretone team member to unbox the Core One Pro and set up the hearing aids based on your listening preferences. 

2. Receive a Core One Pro test kit, including:

  • Core One Pro hearing aids (or demo devices) 
  • Eartips 
  • Charging case 
  • Power cable 
  • Cleaning tool  
  • User manual and quick-start guide 
  • User group testing and reporting guide

3. Try the hearing aids in different listening situations for up to 60 days  

4. Answer questions about your experience 

5. Share feedback on comfort, usability, and sound quality

The total time commitment is usually a few hours spread across a maximum 60-day period.

No. Both current hearing aid users and new users (both with mild to moderate hearing loss) can participate.

Initial in-person meeting (approximately 1 hour) to review your unboxing experience, set up the device, and personalize it to your needs, followed by up to 60 days of use to explore everyday listening and comfort. The total time commitment is typically a few hours spread across the 60-day period. 

Yes. Participants must sign a Hearing Aid User Group Participation Agreement before receiving the device. This means you agree not to share information about the product outside the program, among other obligations under the agreement. 

Yes. Participation is completely voluntary, and you can stop at any time.

After you complete the qualification survey, we will review responses and invite participants who best match the needs of the testing program.

Yes. Your information will only be used for this testing program and will be stored securely.
