All Ceretone hearing aids come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and includes repairs or replacements at no charge.
To initiate a warranty claim, please get in touch with our customer service team by emailing service@ceretone.com or calling (866) 283-4262 to request a warranty repair or replacement authorization. Once authorized, we will provide instructions for returning the product. We will repair or replace the product as necessary and return it to you promptly.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents. Additionally, if your hearing aid requires repair or maintenance outside of the warranty period, we are delighted to provide these services for a reasonable fee.

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at service@ceretone.com within 60 days of receiving your hearing aids to start the return process.
2. Request an RMA: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without a valid RMA number cannot be accepted.
3. Prepare the Package: Carefully package the hearing aids, along with all accessories and documentation, in the original packaging.
4. Label the Package: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
1. Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all contents, accessories, manuals, documentation, and any included "free gifts."
2. Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the hearing aids must be undamaged, without any scratches or soiling. Handle the products and packaging with care.
3. RMA Number: Display the RMA number clearly on the return package to facilitate efficient processing.
4. Correct Address: Ensure the package is sent to the correct address provided by Ceretone to avoid delays.
During the 60-day free trial period, Ceretone confirms that the returned device is undamaged, and all accessories are intact. We guarantee a full refund, and the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Before initiating a return, we kindly ask that you use the device for at least 25 days in various conditions, with a minimum usage of 6 hours per day. This adjustment period allows your hearing to adapt to the new sounds, following industry best practices. For any questions about using your devices, please log into your account and contact us.
Refund processing: Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned items, we will notify you of your refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Bank processing time: Please note that it may take 3 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
